Uttarakhand Cow Research Centre Project to be rebid

The ambitious R&D PPP project of Government of Uttarakhand is being revived now after it failed to get any financial bid in its first outing. Cabinet of Uttarakhand in its meeting on January 4, 2010 decided to rebid the project in 2 bid 1 stage process.
